Delete your account
You can delete your Employment.Media account yourself at any time, from the app or the website. It takes effect straight away.
In the Employment.Media app
- Open the More tab and choose Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm (if you sign in with Apple or Google, type DELETE), then tap Delete my account.
On the website
- Sign in and open Settings from your dashboard.
- Choose Privacy, then Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm.
What is deleted
Job seekers: your profile, video answers, applications, messages and resume. Employers: your company account, job postings, question sets, candidate notes and messages. Everything is removed at once; copies in backups rotate out within 30 days. Records we must keep by law (for example invoices) are kept for the required period and nothing else.

Can’t sign in?
Email [email protected] from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 7 days.
